• Conducting tool box meetings, Trainings to the labour’s and staffs. • Making daily observation reports to H.S.E.Manager. • Conducting H.S.E induction training, in-house HSE training programs. • Conducting accident/incident/near misses investigation. • Directly reporting to Project Manager and Group H.S.E. Manager. • Work experience in high rise building and underground Construction. • Preparing Weekly, Monthly HSE statistics. • Representing in main contractors weekly HSE safety officers meeting. • Ensuring the effective implementation of HSE Management System procedures within his area of responsibility. • Conducting periodical inspection on vehicles, equipment, machinery, tools & tackles, fire fighting facilities, excavation, scaffoldings, lifts, hoist and cranes etc. • Doing the risk assessment of the site activities • Conducting emergency mock drills. • Compiling and issuing site Safety files, statutory Notices and regulations required for site. • General Duty of Care • Health and Safety Management System • Safety Policy Statement • Risk Assessment • Tackling Risks at Source
